Showcasing the Elegance of Traditional Tea Ceremony — Enriching Cultural Learning in the BBA Classroom

In the Bachelor of Business Administration (International Creative Industry Entrepreneurship), the Rattanakosin International College of Creative Entrepreneurship organized a cultural learning activity featuring traditional Chinese tea drinking and tea ceremony practices. The session created a learning environment enriched with the aroma of tea and the enjoyment of sharing real cultural experiences.
During the activity, students demonstrated each step of the traditional Chinese tea ceremony with great care—from selecting the appropriate tea utensils and preparing tea leaves to the artistic way of pouring tea, as well as understanding tea etiquette and the cultural significance of tea ceremonies in Chinese daily life. All students actively participated in brewing tea, tasting different flavors, and engaging in warm cultural exchanges within the group.
This activity not only deepened the students’ understanding of their cultural heritage but also strengthened their presentation skills, confidence, and global perspective. It aligns with the international program’s emphasis on experiential learning and fostering an appreciation for cultural diversity at a global level.
