Sebastian Le Tacon, Director of CY Gastronomy and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Brian Schmitt, International Trade Program Chair of CY Economie et Gestion at CY Cergy Paris University
RMUTR has signed the academic cooperation framework with CY Cergy Paris in 23rd November 2021 with the scope of collaboration covering the exchange of teaching staff and students, joint research program, and development of joint degree. RICE is in the process of sealing the deal with CY Gastronomie to launch a double degree program. Our first batch of RICE- ESCOFFIER Chef school program will study with CY Gastronomie in 2022. Students who pass the evaluation will obtain Bachelor of Technology in Culinary Arts and Food Service Professions (License en Metiers des Arts Culinaire et Arts de La Table- MCAT) from CY Cergy Paris University. RICE is also discussing the possibility for its BBA students to obtain their 2nd bachelor degree from CY Cergy Paris in International Trade.
