The Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Global Creative Entrepreneurship (International Program) at the Rattanakosin International College of Creative Entrepreneurship (RICE)

recently organized the "Undergraduate Student Potential Development Project" from June 16 to 18, 2026, across Rayong and Chonburi provinces. The initiative aimed to foster experiential learning and equip students with essential entrepreneurial skills tailored for the 21st century.

The project focused on enhancing core competencies, including leadership, analytical thinking, teamwork, creative problem-solving, and the practical application of academic knowledge within a modern business landscape driven by technology, innovation, and the creative economy.

  • The journey commenced on the first day (June 16, 2026) with a field trip to Baan Kru Tum Durian Orchard in Klaeng District, Rayong Province. Students explored agribusiness management processes and local product development, gaining insights into value creation for community resources, and studying business models that integrate local identity with creative tourism.
  • On June 17, 2026, the program featured a special lecture entitled “Entrepreneur Mindset for the Next Generation,” followed by an interactive workshop on “Identifying Pain Points and Market Opportunities.” This session trained students in analytical thinking, problem identification, and crafting solutions that address market demands. The day concluded with a dynamic "Business Pitching" session, allowing students to present their innovative business concepts and engage in creative exchanges with their peers.
  • On the final day of the project (June 18, 2026), the delegation visited Midea Refrigeration Equipment (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Here, students observed advanced manufacturing processes, organizational management, and the integration of modern technology within the industrial sector, broadening their perspectives on global business operations.
This student potential development project highlights RICE's commitment to experiential education and entrepreneurial development. By bridging theory with real-world practice, the college continues to prepare its students to become highly skilled, innovative practitioners capable of competing on the global stage.
